Plus, it’s a fantastic stash-buster project that you can whip up in less than 20 minutes

Why You’ll Love Making It:

  • Quick and satisfying – great for last-minute gifts or market stock.
  • Beginner-friendly – no complex stitches, no shaping headaches. (I DO use the Yarn UNDER single crochet method, instead of yarn over single crochet! This makes the stitches more tight. )
  • Moveable limbs – fun to play with and even more fun to make.
  • Market favorite – these little guys are a best-seller at craft fairs.

This wee Leggy frog crochet project is Great for:

The Leggy Frog is made in separate parts – a simple rectangle body, easy chain slip stitch limbs – which are then attached in a way that allows for movement.

You can customize the colors, play around with yarn weights, or even add safety eyes and a silly smile.

Crocheters of all levels will enjoy making these, but if you’re a beginner, this is the perfect project to practice chaining, single crochet, and working in ROWS! stitching, sewing pieces together, and gaining confidence in your crochet journey whilst making something thats super cute.
