Nothing is sweeter or cuter than this gorgeous baby headband with a crochet flower, this crocheted flower and headband is so easy to make and can be made in minutes. These are perfect for baby photo shoots.

Depending on your desired look texture, choose yarn and hook, obviously the bigger the hook, the thicker the yarn, and the chunkier the look and feel.

Crocheting the Headband
Headband Length for each sies average head circumferences for babies at different age ranges:
- 0-3 months: Around 34-40 cm (13.4-15.7 inches)
- 3-6 months: Around 40-44 cm (15.7-17.3 inches)
- 6-12 months: Around 44-47 cm (17.3-18.5 inches)
The headband is crocheted by making a chain length then Slip stitch crochet, for as many rows as you require.
So for a 0-3 months baby, leave a small length of yarn at the beginning as this will become a tie, and leave a long length when finishing the 3rd row.
I chained a length of 14 inches and crocheted 3 rows of back loop slip stitch working back and forth.
