The pattern is actually for a Cinderella Princess doll. BUT I just love the possibilities.

I have made my niece a few of these. Using this basic crochet doll pattern. which flips over to reveal another doll under her skirt.
I have Created Elsa from Frozen, her sister Ana, Princess Fiona from Shrek and I am sure you can think of many more.

Elsa and Ana from Frozen were made using the basics of the pattern (I just gave them 2 legs underneath their skirts) As that’s what my niece asked for.
But you could do the Topsy turvy, and have them change their outfits, etc.
Olaf is my own creation and no pattern was used, he was given to a charity to raise money.

Still not convinced you are ready for some amigurumi, and crocheting a doll how about my Easy to crochet Basic Doll Pattern

I have included patterns for different dresses and hairstyles
