FREE Crochet Pattern Mary Jane Baby Booties

FREE written  Pattern for Crochet Baby Mary Jane booties type Shoe with strap crochet Patterns. Sizes for Newborn, 3 months
When I first started crocheting, I wanted to make a pretty set to give as a handmade present to the parents of a newborn baby.

A mum to be looking for a more intricate pair of baby booties, to match one of my Basic Easy Crochet baby hat patterns, although I had a basic baby booties crochet pattern, mum was wanting a more shoe type with strap and rosette flower at the front.

So I set out to create cute crocheted baby shoes for a little girl.

These are perfect for newborn (0-3 months size follow instructions) and would make an ideal baby shower gift. They also work up very fast, so great for a stash-busting project or last-minute or surprise baby gift.

Well, after a little searching, for a more delicate baby shoe to crochet. I just couldn’t find what the mum or I were imagining so I sat down with my crochet hook and some yarn, and went to work, and worked out a written pattern for crocheted baby bootie shoes.

The result was these gorgeous little crocheted Mary Jayne shoes, which I added
a little flower to and paired with a little crocheted baby hat, and in no time, I had created a beautiful gift idea for a new baby.

I made both booties and hat  with the same ball of wool. (100g) and completed within the same night.

The booties can be crocheted in many different colors of your choice
as they are so simple to make.
