How to Crochet the Double Puff Stitch (dbl-puff)
Worked into a skipped chain or into the center space between puff stitches from previous rows.
- [Yo, insert hook into stitch, yo, pull up a loop] – repeat 3 times (7 loops on hook).
- Yo, pull through all 7 loops.
- Ch 1 to secure the puff.
- Repeat steps 1–3 once more into the same space,

Row 1: Starting in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 7 sts, ch 1, skip 1 ch, sc in remaining 7 sts. Ch 1, turn. (14 sc + 1 ch-1 space)

Yes you can, if you are confident to make the stitches worked LESS or MORE if you require it, remeber the bigger the yarn the bigger the hook
You will chain enough sts in the bulky yarn to COVER EARS, then simply always work your Ch1, skip 1 of the first row DIRECTLY into the CENTER st of the Starting Chain
